Carmella was the mother and grandmother of the owners' Nick & Chris Persio. She was known for her cooking and baking skills. Carmella cooked for those that she loved and she passed that love of food along to Nick & Chris. When the father/son duo started in the restaurant industry, she was by their side teaching them all she knew. Carmella's sandwich shop is in her memory and honor, creating fancy sandwiches for those we love (our wonderful customers)!
